Duties and Responsibilities
1.Performs tax-related functions which are mainly clerical and administrative in nature - i.e. processing (reconciliation/verification work – i.e. MIP/VAT statements), recording，filing/documenting and submitting important tax documentation regarding VAT or statutory returns to the relevant tax/statutory authorities – tax related documents/statements include:
2.Exporting custom slips (to SAFE Department for “cancel after verification work”)
3.IDM tariff and VAT related statements/documents and other statutory returns (to Tax Department for VAT refunds, etc)
a.Provide interdepartmental support (i.e. Logistics) – furnishing copies of IDM tariff and VAT pay slips, for Logistics in order for them to fulfill their AP obligations
4.Performs any other related work that may be assigned by the Senior Tax Accountant from time to time

Qualifications
1.Minimum Diploma/College Level Certificate in Accounting or related field
2.Minimum 1 year experience as a Tax Clerk or 1 year experience in other accounting functions
3.High-level of integrity, with good communication and interpersonal skills
4.Experience in a MNC environment will be an added advantage
5.Good computer skills, with practical knowledge of Windows and Windows based applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
6.Good working knowledge of English is an added advantage
7.Those without the necessary qualifications but must have the right attitude and aptitude and experience will be considered
