Job Specifications
1. Taking care of the Production Department.（Fabrication，Welding，Powder and Assembly areas）.
2. Monitor and improve production efficiency and production schedule .Ensure meet customer expectations and delivery without complains.
3. Responsible for department organization establishment，drawing out annual personnel plan， and determine qualifications of personnel needed，work procedures and tasks.
4. Give improvement proposal for the manufacturing method for cost saving and safe working environment for workers.
5. Implement best practice and good Lean/5S system to the shop floor.
6. Instruct，supervise and check working of subordinate staff，hold employ，training，adjustment and evaluation for the department employees.
7. Responsible for reducing production cost and optimizing the production procedure;
8. To coordinate with other functions department to integrate resources/information into assembly activities and understand production develop needs.

Qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above /Major in engineer/mechanical or relevant.
2. 6 years working experience in the Metal fabrication field and at least 3 years working as Production Manager/Supervisor. Familiar with Laser cutting. Turret Punching，and welding operations and assembly
3. Good management sense ，quality management and costs control abilities.
4. Knowledge in M.S.Office tools and other application like AutoCad.Understanding of ERP application
5. Able to communicate in English and Chinese
6. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concept and EHS/5S system implementation
7. independent and able to work under pressures
8. Must be a good team player and contributor
