The Financial Controller oversees the day to day activities of the finance team and ensures the companies finance function is organized and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts. In this role, you are also supposed to lead the finance Team to reach the company goals and healthy status by supervising and controlling the financial related activities in all departments

Duties include:

l Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team.

l Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows

l Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes

l Preparation of Monthly Consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet

l Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports

l Financial modeling and analysis

l Cash management and treasury duties

l Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained

l Overseeing the Payroll process

l Preparation of VAT returns

Requirements of the role:

l Fluent Professional English is a must

l Fully qualified CPA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with previous financial control and management reporting experience

l You will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing a small accounting team

l The candidate should be confident, a self motivated, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment

l You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach

l Computer literate with good Excel skills (Access is a plus) and solid understanding of accounting software principles
