Responsibility:
1) Execute Eolane Group R&D strategy in China region and work out local development strategy under the instruction of China GM.
2) Build, lead and develop Eolane China RDI team focusing on developing electronic solutions for our
3) Lead and develop local RDI market and customer base in collaboration with sales team
4) Be responsible for the profit center of RDI department in China.
5) Establish complete RDI working processes : KPI, reports...
6) Report to China GM, and dotted to global CTO. In contact with international RDI teams.
7) Be able to work and communicate with sales and tests teams in a Quality environment
8) Draft and present R&D or ODM offers to customers

Qualification:
1) Master degree (or EE education with solid experience)
2) More than 12 year solid work experience in product R&D in cross culture environment, with minimum 5 years on manager above position.
3) Expertise in the development of electronic products (specification, hardware and software design, layout, price estimates, production constraints).
4) Able to work with standard electronic development tools, software, languages.
5) Fluent on English. French is a plus.
6) Innovative and interested in new technologies
7) Self driven, time management, communication skill, and strong team player.
