Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, major in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in electronics testing.
- Proficiency in digital and analog circuit, familiar with electronic characteristics of common components.
- Understanding of generic test methods.
- Familiar with analysis and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of software programming, familiar with one of programming language, ie C, C#, Labview...
- Familiar with NPI process and ability to provide test proposal through studying customer data.
- Good problem solving and analysis skills, familiar with the tools ie 5W2H and PDCA.
- Understanding of statistical analysis like MSA, GRR, SPC and Cpk, Green Belt will be a plus.
- Knowledge of PLC programming will be a plus.
- Experience of ICT process will be a plus.
- Good communication skills and presentation skills.
- Good team working and cooperation skills.
- Desired to draw new testing technology.
- Fluent in English reading, writing and oral communications.

Responsibility:
- Ensure that test machine and equipment running smoothly and meeting customer's requirements.
- Optimize test program and test process, increase utilization and reduce false call.
- Work with quality team to resolve any quality issue and test issue.
- Based on the test requirement, determine and define the appropriate test solution to customer and support quotation team.
- Work with RD team to develop test specifications and provide DFT suggestion.
- Support NPI, define test process to make sure and provide necessary training to technician.
- Perform in-depth of failure analysis, drive for test yield improvement and reduce debug WIP and bone pile.
- Technician training.
