Mechatronic R&D Engineer（机电一体化设计工程师）
Responsibilities:
1.Visit customer and acquire customer needs, research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
2.Design and optimize mechanical components for customized products and construct mechanical systems.
3.Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
4.Develop mechanical related drawings, processes, documents in accordance with applicable standards.
5.Interfaces with outside vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and assembly.
6.Confer with other personnel in the project team to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
7.Construct and oversee technicians in construction of developed systems, co-work with global R&D team to acquire global support on the project.
8.Conduct basic electronic design or industriallization work such as PCB layout, BOM speficications.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, 2-year working experience on R&D and at least 1 year in EMS industry
2.Expertise in mechanical design process. Experience in various products design, such as industrial, medical, automotive, railway is a plus.
3.Experience on electronic BOM and electronics
4.Expertise in Pro-E, Solidworks, UG and other mechanical design software.
5.Decent knowledge on electronics and PCBA process
6.Familiar with sheet metal, plastic, silicone part etc. design and manufacture.
7.CET-4 or above. Have the ability to read English drawings and data
