岗位职责:
学习专业知识、行业知识、产品知识，成为客户的专业顾问；
通过电话、邮件、沙龙等方式，开发和维护良好的客户关系；
针对客户需求，为其构建个性化的培训规划；
定期根据客户需求推荐公开课程及相关公司推广信息，达成销售业绩任务；
客户数据统计分析及客户关系管理与维护；
协助部门沙龙及其他新项目的执行活动。

任职资格: 大专以上学历，销售、心理学、市场营销、管理等相关专业优先。
22-28岁，一年左右相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。
对培训行业有一定的了解，有强烈的企图心及良好的抗压能力。
具有良好的沟通能力、理解能力和学习能力。 具备协作精神，韧性、积极主动，执行力强。
熟练使用office系列办公软件.
