JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for service support and technical support

- Responsible for the required service capability being present and being developed as required and needed

- Responsible for the co-operation between sales unit and service partner (training, service information, warranty policy including finances)

- need frequent business trip for quality marked reporting and warranty handling

- mostly give technical support to sales department, internally and externally

- need parepare the quotation for spare parts

- Responsible for selecting, building up, maintaining and training service partners

- Responsible for provide training course to relative person

- fix the boroken PCBA when base in Suzhou office

- make the local service web site in order

REQUIREMENT（Eduiction, Skill and Experience）

Education:

- Diploma or Above

- Fluent written and spoken English

- Electric/electronic engineering education

- Experience in communication with and training and motivation of co-operation partners

- Extensive knowledge of common welding processes

Work experience:

- 5 years working experience in electronic engineering or relative area

- Have experience in deal with customer claim and complain

- Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001

- Familiar with AutoCAD, and have the capability to understand of circuit diagram of different PCBA

- Have experience rework PCBA and rework machines base on rework manual.

Specially know how:

- Ability to approach problems and solve them in an analytical matter

- Ability to take initiative

- Good team work skills

- Excellent co-operation skills

Language skills:

Fluent written and spoken English

- some times need to translate technical document from English to Chinese
