职位描述：
1.公司生产设备和工具的日常检查、维修和记录
2.定期检查特种工具盒设备的安全状态并记录，批准使用特种工具和设备
3.制定设备工具的保养维修计划，定期检查设备工具保养情况并记录和报告
4.组织新设备和被修设备的验收并记录，设备报废的登记及报告
5.变电所和低压控制房的日常检查并记录
6.定期检查设备操作规程的执行情况并做记录、
7.设备事故的分析和处理并做记录
8.制定和更新设备管理制度及保养计划
9.其他设备维修工作（如办公室电气维修等）
10.空余时间帮助生产完成生产任务
11.领导安排的其他工作
岗位要求：
1. 学历：大专，经验丰富者中专亦可
2. 专业：电气自动化相关专业
3. 知识：10年左右机械设备电气维修、装配、调试经验
4. 技能、技巧/：能看懂机械设备的电气图纸并按图维修、安装、调试、持高低压电工证和上岗证、有设备管理经验、有高压值班经验、有机械维修经验优先
5. 能力：良好的沟通能力、常用的计算机能力

Reitz Fans (Suzhou) Co. Ltd is a 100% daughter company of Reitz Ventilatoren, Germany. Reitz Germany is the biggest maker for heavy duty, high efficient radial fans in Germany. They produce 10 000 fans annually, employ more 400 staff members. The total group turnover is 85 mio ? annually.

Reitz has established a factory in India 12 years ago successfully to serve the Indian and near east market. Now Reitz has established a new factory and engineering company in China. Suzhou, SIP. This company will produce and supply high quality fans to the Chinese and Asian market. The factory should be functional from April 2010.
