职位描述

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
1.Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
2.Business Development, Sales, Product Management, or Marketing experience with responsibility for assigned sales target and successful closes with existing and new customers within last 3-5 years preferred.
3.5+ years experience in the automotive, tire/wheel, rubber, plastics or polymer industry.
4.Knowledge of general manufacturing industrial required.
5.Computer experience with Microsoft Office required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Analyze market and customer requirements and provide competitive intelligence to align offerings with value to maximize profit for SQACN.
2.Builds relationships with existing clients and looks to expand existing services within other business units.
3.Accountable for meeting sales and profit targets related to the sector.
4.Establish new business outside of existing customer base; develop new sales opportunities with global sourcing, OEMs, corporate customers etc.
5.Able to understand and align offerings that support customers current growth strategies.
6.Convince prospective clients of the delivered value of services offered by organization.
7.Contribute to, and implement sales strategies that utilize targeted selling concepts to qualify, quantify and assess opportunities in order to optimize our ability to close sales.
8.Maintain availability to travel domestically and internationally to visit and groom prospective and existing clients.
9.Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the service via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management. Promote and market services through conferences, seminars, exhibitions etc.
10.Communicate clients’ requirements to operational areas and develop project proposals.
11.Communicate all proposals to the client and follow up on a timely basis including all technical scope, quality issues and commercial aspects.
12.Work with the sales team to develop and execute a targeted direct contact campaign for new customers.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and write report in English and Chinese, Ability to speak effectively before clients, managers and employees of organization in English and Chinese.

SUMMARY:
Business Development Manager (BDM) will generate leads and proposals resulting in sales for either one of the following business units, training, supply chain management, consulting etc. in China. This will require a blend of Industry and Client focus. Meet profit and sales targets established on an annual basis. Build client relationships and expand the services provided to them. Develop new opportunities with prospective clients and expand sales and secure outsourcing opportunities with key players in the sector. Initiate sales and marketing campaigns. Respond to inquiries; provide quotes selling to manufacturing industry related companies.
