onsibilities:
1. Design the custom springs based on the customers' specification;
2. Draft the production jobs and evaluate the production cost, according to the customers' specification or blueprint;
3. Respond the customers'enquiries in the technical aspect timely;
4. Design new stock springs complied with the market requirement;
5. Participate in company's sourcing plans and develop new suppliers.
Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years technical working experience of in the spring industry (as a great plus) or 5 years design experience in other industrial company;
2. College education or above, major in mechanic or other technical specialties is preferred;
3. Be well up in the common CAD software;
4. Fluent English both in written and oral;
5. Good team player;
6. Self-study ability, look forward to challenges and work independently.
