National Sales Manager
Garment Swing tickets
Primary focus to introduce our company to the Chinese market
With an aggressive sale strategy that sees us break into the market Within 12 months.
Reports to GM with dotted line to Group Sales Director
Ideal Candidate
Minimum Qualifications
A Business/Commerce degree and/or a relevant Post graduate business qualification(MBA).
Minimum Experience (in China)
Will have a least 10 years sales experience in the label print industry At least
3?years senior sales experience in the retail garment Swing ticket
Industry Will have experience in selling and negotiating account contracts
Will have thorough understanding of the supply chain process in retail garment
industry
Competencies
Fluent in Mandarin, Intermediate English levels
Sound commercial skills
Excellent sales skills
Sound knowledge of(variable data) printing and retail garment Industries
Sound under standing of Quality Assurance measures and process in the relevant
Industries
Strong presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Disciplined completer
Can work in flat structure environment
Attention to detail/focused
Ability to work with people
Persistence
High ambition to achieve targets
Solution driven

Basic salary
Target driven Annual incentives (based on added income in year1, Growth targets thereafter)
