Key Accountabilities:
? Coordination among external customer and internal customer (i.e. Sales, Operations and Finance) to satisfy the customers' needs.
? Ensure service standards are met and exceeded by providing excellent accessibility levels to customers.
? Assist sales personnel to manage and maximize business opportunities.


Reports To:
? Sales Manager-North Asia

Qualifications & Experience:

? A Bachelor’s degree， minimum 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the packaging and plastics industries
? Good knowledge of integrated computer systems and Microsoft Office
? Good adaptability and flexibility
? Excellent awareness in customer service
? Good working knowledge of export documentation procedures
? Good communication skills

Position Specific Duties:
? Receive the orders from the customers and initiate the processing of the orders
? Process all orders within the Baan system
? Check goods being dispatched against the requirements of the customer’s order
? Proactive action to secure On Time Delivery
? Liaise with the customers on matters relating to their orders
? Ensure all documentation for each export shipment is raised in the manner required by the importing country and customer and VAT invoice send to domestic customer.
? Maintain regular customer call plan
? Maintain and manager stock
? Customer file maintenance
? Provide customer’s next three months forecast
? Co-work with Sales and logistic team for forecast management
? Outstanding payment management
? Customer satisfaction survey to two time a year
? Sample management
