Position: Sr. Production Manager for a Europe PVC product manufacturing company in Suzhou
Report to: Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead, organize and manage the Production, Maintenance and QC team to achieve all the production operational objectives which includes but not limited to Quality, Quantity and Delivery requirements.
Be responsible for production and maintenance safety, assure the Safety, QMS and EMS activities to be efficiently implemented according as company objectives
Implements lean manufacturing techniques and constantly drive continuous improvement process and projects, continuously improve management of production and maintenance to increase operational efficiency.
Review and analysis production, quality and maintenance reports to determine root causes of problems, coordinate and drive all necessary resources to quickly solve the problems.
Develop and drive effective machine maintenance programs in the plant, ensure good running status of equipments and machines.
Assist to establish and implements budget in the plant, control the expenses and cost in Production and Maintenance, continuously improves production and operation efficiency to achieve cost saving.
Work with Logistics on most optimized production schedule which is most optimized with delivery requirement, stock and production excellence.
To lead and provide management and technical expertise in maximizing production efficiency and maintain high quality of service at all time.
Carry out the quarterly and annual performance reviews for production, maintenance and QC employees.
Recruiting, training/coaching and management of all the employees in responsible functions


Qualification:
- University or above, Major in Engineering/Chemical
- More than 10Ys working experience and 2Ys experience at the same position,
- preferred experience in continuous production industry.
- Male
- Good command of English writing and speaking
- Good computer and presentation/reporting skills.
- Confidence in strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proactive and hard-working, can work under big pressure.
