职位描述
l Directs the resources and actives of factory to support the HSE programs by providing professional advice and guidance.
l Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the factory to create a culture that prioritizes effective HSE and balances overall associated costs.
l Review internal HSE policy and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate
l Conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments.
l Responsible for the development of an annual budget recommendations and implementation
l Establish or maintain the company HSE management system continuously improvement.
l Lead the inspection tour for factory to check the safety facilities to detect and eliminate the safety risk; ensure to propose the improvement solution for the related safety rules or working instruction to avoid the accident and disease.
l Be in charge of the safety supervision and management for monthly maintenance for firefighting facilities.
l Be responsible for the analysis of accidents & incidents to avoid it happens again.
l Plan the prevention program to reduce the number and cost of incidents.
l Define the requirements of PPE and daily supervision.
l Be in charge of the internal training related with safety policy, safety rule, regulation, safety working instruction and first aid.
l Writes and distributes relevant HSE reports as required by local regulations and company procedure.
l Participate & attend industry related project by provide professional technical solution when requested.
l Ensures the communication with local administrative organization of safety, occupational health and environment.
l Establishes and maintains a network of contacts with professional agencies for HSE regulations and rules.
Required:
l Bachelor Degree, Male
l 8 years of industrial mechanical safety working experience
l ISO 14001, OHSAS 180001 internal auditor
l CSE Qualification
l Safety, Engineering or related technical field
l Mastery of mechanical safety management
l Advanced knowledge of mechanical industrial practices, HSE rules and regulations
l Good communication skills and problem solving skills
l Good oral and written English
