Responsibilities:

To check hide splits to make sure split quality at all China tanneries

Being an expert on the company’s split processing practices.

To make sure any irregularities in hide split quality/volume are communicated to the relevant facility.

Implement yield & quality improvement programme at vendor sites

Perform regular audits on the vendors to control the process and quality

Totally responsible for safety, quality and manufacturing in the plant

Required:

5 years manufacturing management experience, food & chemical background

Understanding of bovine hide characteristics

Experience in a 制革厂 working with 牛皮革or 牛皮分割 is greatly preferred

Working Experience in 兽皮workshop in a bovine packing plant

Familiar with government legislation about food stuffs

Experienced on the hide fleshers and splitters

Understand bovine hide chemistry
