Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage the engineering team to set up new production line, including process, tools, equipment, facility, localization, site tool, EHS etc.

- New product introduction and industrial implementation management, lead the layout, process ,equipment, tooling, OI and training

- Select and improve equipment

- Keep the team to improve process & OI, ameliorate tools and equipment according to production demands

- Equipment localization project management

- Lead the team to keep continuous improvement of Production processes and tools to implement

- Budget planning and management of investment in fixed assets

- Lead, mentoring and develop the whole team to meet company yearly target

Required:

- Years for project management, including project transfer, equipment and facility management, process mgt. and people management

- Years of engineering and maintenance experience on plant project and maintenance.

- Be familiar with production line’s design and installation, good at production line improvement experiences

- Be familiar to building construction, equipment’s foundation design and construction.

- Be able to set up equipment management system.

- Fluent in French or English

- Familiar with Mechanical and electrical technologies, CD drawing, 3D drawing if possible
