Job Summary
Oversees all IT activities within the plant to ensure continuous and efficient helpdesk service to the desired quantity and quality.
The IT engineer is responsible for the overall IT function administration including infrastructure, system environment, IT related equipment, network, database management and maintenance over the company.
Main Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the overall management of IT equipment, devices and software, to ensure proper and safety use of IT assets.
2.Ensure the security of network. Responsible for maintaining the normal operation of the servers, including mail serv

er, Domain server, ERP server etc. in particular, virus protection.
3.Follow and effectively implement IT policies & procedures to provide a good IT environment, in charge of data backup

and recovery to ensure database security in the company.
4.As a role of IT helpdesk to provide a quality service for all department and users to assist them in identifying pro

blem and troubleshooting from IT aspects, as well as provide essential IT training.
5.Identify opportunities and keep updated on IT techniques, hardware and software development to improve IT solutions

for effective business operations.
6.Additional administrative tasks might be assigned.

Job Reqirement:

1.IT related degree

2.Over 2 years working experience
