POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the maintenance, repairing and continuous improvement of production equipment and to ensure its normal, reliable running.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Be responsible for Production line in site maintenance and support. 2. Compile spare parts list and review according to equipment management procedure.
3. Implement Maintenance KPI achievement (breakdown time & MTTR & MTBF).
4. Be responsible for new machines installation, commissioning and acceptance track.
5. Compile and review the relevant maintenance documents for production machine, such as equipment point check list, LOTO SOP, maintenance JSA, preventive maintenance list, etc.
6. Establish and implement Equipment TPM and contingency plan.
7. Analyze cause of equipment downtime and figure out action plan to reduce downtime.
8. Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicians, improve their capability of trouble shooting.
9. Attend daily fast response meeting and issue track.
10. Implement correction action for nonconforming findings of inner & external audit.
11. Tracks and handles major hazards of equipment.
12. Be responsible for all safety related for maintenance.
13. Completes other work assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College or above degree with major in Mechanical or Electrical related is required.
2. At least 3 years’ experience on production line mechanical-electrical maintenance.
3. Familiar with mechanical and electrical failure analysis and problem solving.
4. Solid knowledge on TPM process.
5. Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, Lubrication, PLC, NC, control motor and sensors.
6. Experience in Full-automation machining line maintenance, such as CNC Lathe & grinding machine is preferred.
7. Strong ability of communication, coordination and organization and able to work under pressure.
