1 Receiving inquire, confirming and quoting, follow up after quotation time to time
2 Order processing and customer service to ensure customer requirement is met (PO confirmation, Delivery schedule reply and follow up, shipping document making and delivery instruction, invoice related, payment confirmation and collection)
3 Warehouse inventory management according to demand history or special agreement with customers
4 Telephone selling and visiting appointment with potential customers for Sales
5 issuing order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices
6 Other tasks assigned by superiority

Basic requirement :

1 College / University degree or above；
2 Cet-6, fluent English on listening, speaking, reading and writing；
3 about 3 years working experience in sales assistant or order processing function, preferred manufacturing plant or trading company
4 understanding drawing a plus,SAP experience will be a plus
5 Personal traits: Responsible and Reliable , teamwork spirit, problem solving, work indicatively and actively, careful, planning and organizing
