Job Description:

a. Molding Process Planning and Development with FMEA tool, Initiate and finalize process requirement.
through communication and working with VAST LLC molding expert
b. Initiate and set up Machine Parameters and Process Parameters for molding process.
c. Acceptance of molding tooling
d. Trouble-shooting process failure with production and quality team.
e. Training production and Quality Staff.

工作要求：
a. College level or higher education in Mechanical design or tooling design
具有 机械设计或模具设计专业大学本科教育背景
b. Understanding injection molding Process strongly, Understand Gas-assistant preferred.
非常理解模具注塑工艺,了解气辅注塑优先考虑。
c. With at least 5-years experience on molding process development or improvement related
至少具备5年注塑工艺开发和改进的经验。
d. Very Familiar with plastic resin PA66,PC,PET.
非常熟悉PA66, PC,PET 塑料性能。
e. Good communication skill, team work orientated behavior.
具有很好的沟通能力，团队合作。
