Education:
1.Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, or related.
Work experience:
1.Preferred more than 5 years engineering working experience on mechanical product assembly process, and familiar with machine construction is a plus.
Skills:
1.Fair written and spoken English if possible.
2.Good team work.
3.Positive communication.
Main Tasks:
1.Transfer NPI projects from customer or R&D center to production line.
2.Define product assembly process, including Process flow, FMEA, Control Plans & Work instruction.
3.Investigate and evaluate new manufacturing technologies, equipment and materials to find innovative ideas for more efficient manufacturing methods.
4.Maintain and update product assembly line to meet high quality & productivity.
5.To ensure products are assembled and tested strictly with the process specification.
6.Lead/assist lean implementation in the department.
7.Assists Quality Assurance in solving internal and external quality complain regarding product problems.
8.Provides guidance and training to new & inexperienced OP or engineers on new products, production methods, or equipment.
9.Implementation of BOM and ECN.
