1.Responsible for new staff registering of IMS Taicang, complete all personnel procedures including social funds, insurances &housing fund, keeping the social insurance base and housing fund base into HR system in time and keep it updated.
2. Responsible for the pension of CIIC and Junwei
3. Apply for the work injury, work appraisal, unemployment benefit & bearing fee to government bureau in time
4. Check the HR System data of salary can be run successfully
5. Implement company policies strictly in line with company rules and guidelines
6. Solve employee relationship issues and labor relations
7. Provide accurate information and data to HRD for identify trends and recommend solutions that utilize, motivate and retain the workforce
8. Talk with HRD and line department to clarify job content and recruitment requirement
9. Approach qualified candidates with suitable channel/methodologies
10. Support line managers and HRD to make right hiring decision
11. Take part in special recruitment project such as campus recruitment
12. Others relative issues.
