职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Maintain the basic planning data in system; ensure the work order is matched the purchase order.
2. Arrange the daily production plan and take the production capacity efficiently.
3. Check the material status and ensure it is available before production, if the material status changed, adjust the production plan timely to ensure the production running is smoothly.
4. Confirm the new coming purchase order, forecast and buffer status to customer service officer based on the material and capacity status; update the system and make the system plan match the actual production plan.
5. Support the new product introduced and ramp up plan, control the engineering changed notice production plan.
6. To accomplish on time delivery, follow the production schedule.
7. Coordinate the production to improve the capacity efficiency.
8. Handle the abnormal case in daily work.
Skills:
1. Good knowledge of planning, material control and manufacturing
2. Good knowledge of ERP and supply chain management
3. Good IT skills - MS Office
4. Good English skill both for oral and written
5. 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing planning field
