Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Formulate, review and implement HR policies & procedures to support company operations.
2. Plan manpower budget, formulate recruitment strategies with hiring departments, manage and ensure that recruitment procedures are complied with company’s strategic objectives.
3. Implement performance management system.
4. Responsible for wage administration, labor relations.
5. Cultivate a culture of learning by providing learning/development opportunities for staff to keep their skill/knowledge current to meet the operational and strategic needs of the company.
6. Statutory reporting and liaison with government authority.
7. Facilitate effective staff communication through various communication channels.
8. Recommend and monitor existing and new employee policies and procedures to promote a culture of teamwork, creativity and innovation.
9. Supervise the organization of social and recreational activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employee interaction.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Position Specification:

Qualification: Minimum 8 years working experience in multinational manufacturing companies with a leadership role in Human Resources function.

Experience:

1. Good knowledge of labor laws, regulations and practices.
2. Hands-on exprience and generalist role preferred.
3. Good negotiation and facilitation skills.
4. English Fluent.
