The right candidate must have a strong background in R&D of electronic products. The successful candidate will lead a multi-discipline engineering team designing, developing and releasing new products and product modifications.

Responsibilities:
1.Support and actively support in the development, from product concept to manufacturing introduction of consumer electronics products.
2.Lead department consisting of electrical/RF engineers and system engineers to develop products.
3.Provide systems engineering consulting to cross functional team (electrical, mechanical, firmware, acoustic engineering teams).
4.Provide technical leadership for business unit to product managers located in the USA.
5.Provide growth and development leadership for team members in functional organization.

Desired Skills and Experience：
1.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related practical experience.
2.Minimum 10 years of industry experience – R&D experience in consumer electronics.
3.Strong interfacing skills with multinational headquarters located in a Western country.
4.Wireless design experience.
5.Department expense and Capital equipment budget planning and tracking.
6.Audio/Acoustic, Firmware/Software Knowledge a definite plus.
7.Bilingual English/Mandarin.
