职位描述：

1. Responsible for interfacing with sales and service representative to handle variety of pre-sales or post-sales service function.
2. Manage and run weekly call with key customers for order placing, support and complaining solving
3. Initiate Customer Complaint Procedure and liaise with quality to ensure timely response to customers.
4. Prepare weekly report to management
5. Solve customer ordering issue very quickly and effective to satisfy customer needs
6. Develops any improvement actions to expedite order processing and collection, and assure adequate control in place.
7. Coordinate with transportation division to arrange goods delivery to customers timely.
8. Develop and maintain pro-active relationship with customers, distributors and agents.
