Below 30 years old is preferable
More than 2 years operation experience in CNC turning or milling machines
Familiar with Mazak, Millplus and Siemens system is preferable
Familiar with tools design and program.
Strong sense of quality, hard-working, responsible
Good communication with other persons
Assist machining engineer to improve quality and efficiency in the machining workshop
Perform manufacture of fixtures and/or jaws, and set up of new products. Ensure that the set up can reach the required level of output and quality.
Design the tools and improve tools quality..
Design the fixtures.
Make program for new products.
Investigate NC products and develop corrective actions to prevent repeat errors
Prepare 8D reports for Quality non-conformities.
Assist to reduce cycle times and set up times
Training technician.
Other jobs assigned by manager.
