Main Responsibilities:
主要职责
Assist RGM to manage the daily business activities and provide professional advise from finance perspective and necessary support
协助区域总经理管理日常业务活动并从财务角度提供专业的建议和必要的支持
Responsible for the overall financial management activities within the region
全面负责区域内的财务管理事宜
Responsible for branch/region annual budget organization and preparation
负责分公司/区域年度预算的组织和准备工作
Responsible for monthly rolling forecast for branch/region
负责分公司/区域的月度滚动预测
Responsible for analysis of gap between forecast and actual result and the root cause behind
负责预测和实际结果之间的差异以及根本原因的分析
Responsible for fix cost control for the branches within the region with the support of regional finance accountant
在区域财务会计的支持下负责区域内固定成本的控制
Responsible for project cost control by implementing periodically review with BGM/RGM & head of related business departments
通过实施和区总/分公司经理以及相关业务部门进行定期审查的方式负责对项目成本予以控制
Review and approve all cost/expenditures related request base on the approval matrix such as subcontract fee
基于审批权限表审核并批准所有成本/费用相关的申请,如分包费
Provide training regarding basic finance related hands-on know-how and standardized financial concept of KONE Group to BGM, head and team lead of business department
为分公司经理,业务部门的负责人以及团队主管提供关于基础财务相关的实际应用知识和通力集团的标准财务理念方面的培训
Implement internal control activities within region to ensure that company policies and procedures are well complied with and eliminate the internal control risk
在区域内实施内部控制以确保公司的政策和流程被严格遵守并杜绝内控风险
Monitor and be involved in overdue AR collection management and key activities with the support of regional credit control specialist to ensure the overdue AR could be collected in a timely manner
在区域信控专员的支持下监控并参与逾期应收款管理的关键活动以确保逾期应收款可以被及时的收回
Build up harmonious,active and cooperative team spirit and bring up team member with high potential
建立和谐积极合作的团队精神并培养具有高潜力的团队成员
Accomplish the tasks assigned by CFO & Front Line controller from time to time
完成CFO和前线财务总监不时委派的任务
Entry-level requirements 基本要求:
Bachelor degree in finance or accounting related major
主修财务或会计相关专业的学士学位
At least 5 years financial management working experience in multinational company
至少5年跨国公司的财务管理经验
At least 3 years as a team leader to lead the team member achieving organization’s and company’s target
至少3年作为团队领导带领团队达成组织和公司目标
Good communication and listening skills
良好的沟通和倾听技巧
Self-motivated & can encourage others
自我激励并能鼓励他人
Fluent English in both reading and writing and general level for conversation.
英语读写熟练并可进行一般沟通
