职位描述
Overall Purpose of Job:As a specialist who will be fully responsible for assigned suppliers’ quality issue. Include supplier audit, provide technical support to suppliers, analysis and problem solving with suppliers.
Major Responsibilities:
？ 1.Owns performance metrics of Customer Incident Due to Supplier and Supplier PPM of assigned suppliers
？ 2.Ensures PPAP execution for new products, modified products and resourcings
？ 3.Execute a plan of PCPA audits at existent suppliers
？ 4.Define specific improvement plans for suppliers based on findings in current production and audits
？ 5.Strongly Supports 8D problem resolution at suppliers
？ 6.Quality crisis management at suppliers
？ 7.Verifies CSL1 and CSL2 implementation at suppliers site
？ 8.Supports purchase organization to evaluate potential new suppliers
？ 9.Update of supplier score card system (QCDDM)
？ 10.Uses globally standardized work methods
？ 11.Inspect the quality standards at supplier place
？ 12.Assist suppliers to solve the parts quality problems
？ 13.Cooperate with plant quality and other functions on business or supplier parts.
？ 14.Other assignment by SQA Manager.
Key Competencies:
？ 1.Good communication / negotiation skill in local language and English
？ 2.Good coordination /Good teamwork
？ 3.Good specific technology on gears & gears machining process.
？ 4.Good problem –solving ability
？ 5.Be able to face challenges and work under pressure.
？ 6.Solid engineering and quality knowledge.
？ 7.Be able flexible for travel.
Education and Experience:
？ 1.Mechanical engineering at bachelor degree or above
？ 2.At least 8 years experience in quality/ technical area, especially in field of gears, gears machining/heat treatment.
？ 3.Solid quality knowledge such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA ,SPC etc.
？ 4.Solid knowledge on quality management system such as ISO 9000 and ISO/TS16949.
