Product Manager(白色家电新产品导入经理)
Responsibilities:
1、竞争对手分析；
2、市场行业调研；
3、三情分析及产品对阵；
4、新产品需求定义及产品上市时间；
5、工程产品营销方案；
6、完成领导交办的其他工作
？ Organize extend team to conduct new product early mechanical build to detect issue earlier for maturity product and evaluate process capabilities to support new product;
？ Play the key role in the organization and Product Development;
？ Provide high level of leadership in industrialization and development process in order to achieve cost effectiveness and ensure supply of high quality products on time to market;
？ Do project management for NPI project, including forecast and control NPI project budget, make NPI project schedule and ensure project on track, lead project to reach targets specified by main project;
？ Supervise the production test development to carry out the tasks;
？ Develop strong team relations with R&D, supply chain, quality and Manufacturing functions;
？ Lead quality improvements by eliminating sources of defects in the design, new product introduction, and end to end manufacturing process from sub tier supplier to factory;
？ Work with function leader for initiative definition and implementation in support of organizational, functional, and product goals;
？ Be responsible for team budget planning;
？ Be responsible for team development and review team member performance;
？ Drive the supply chain setup and maintenance for products developed by R&D center.
Job Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree or above with major in Electronics Mechanic Automatic or Business Administration or related ;
？ At least 5 years working experiences in both of Electronics and Mechanical Assembly;
？ Project management experience is highly preferred;
？ Strong leadership and communication skill;
？ Familiar with management;
？ Good communication skills in both written and spoken English;
？ Familiar with computer application;
？ Positive attitude.
