职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Consolidate and prepare forecast & budget, monthly estimation.
2. Analyze and prepare analysis report, the analysis report include but not limit to COGS, EBITDA, GM, R&D expenses, SG&A expenses, cash flow, NWC, CapEx, productivity, inventory & employee etc.
3. Prepare the monthly financial package and PPT.
4. Provide the early warning to management, monitor KPI and access performance to ensure alignment with business goal.
5. Work closely with other departments to improve the NWC. Provide the valuable suggestions to related department push them to take actions.
6. Work closely with cross functions to provide them with valuable analysis and professional advises.
7. Participates in the development and implementation of necessary financial system to support business and reporting requirements.
8. Identify potential improvement areas and suggests changes in financial and accounting department.
9. Support R&D and related functions for new project’s feasibility study.
10. Process optimization.
Requirements:
1. University degree in accounting,3 ~ 5 years related working experience in financial analysis in industry .
2. Master reading, writing and speaking English skills.
3. Proficient computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power point, SAP (or other management systems).
4. Strong understanding/knowledge of PRC accounting policy, USGAAP and IFRS policy.
5. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
6. Knowledge of management skills.
7. Strong commitment to excellence and process improvement.
8. Strong self-initiative, problem-solving, conflict resolution skills and analytical skill.
