Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategic business development plans with Senior Regional Manager.
与高级区域经理共同制定业务发展战略计划。
2. Ensure business processes are applied. 确保业务流程的实施。
3. Local negotiation and pricing discussion within authorization level.
在授权范围内的区域性谈判及议价。
4. Claims and complaints strategy & processes follow-through in close interaction with Senior Regional Manager.
经与高级区域经理密切互动，制定客户投诉及索赔策略并予以执行。
5. Establish marketing needs and ensure they are met, including but not limited to running record collection & analysis, changes & modifications to processes and machineries and report to Heimbach and their representatives.
辨识市场行销需要并予以执行，包括但不限于向汉跋及其代表反馈市场资讯，如使用记录的收集及分析、客户流程或机械变更的讯息等。
6. Ensure service needs are met. 确保满足客户服务需求。
7. Annual sales volume budgets and follow up. 年度预算的制定及跟踪。
8. Follow up on receivables. 应收帐款的跟踪。
9. Always provides visit reports to Heimbach and their representatives regardless of the importance and the issues discussed.
不管话题重要与否，必须提供拜访报告给汉跋公司和他们的代表。
10. Provide visit overview together with expense report on time. Expense reports should always match with visit reports for audit purpose.
准时提交拜访概要及费用报告。出于审计的需要，费用报告必须与拜访记录相匹配。

Professional Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years work experience in paper-related industry 五年以上造纸业相关的工作经验
2. Familiar with paper machine clothing operation 熟悉纸机织物的使用
3. Existing customer contact preferred 优先考虑拥有客户关系的
4. Good level in computer operation 良好的电脑操作技术

1. Technically & commercially oriented 技术兼备商务导向的工作态度
2. Good knowledge of trading & commercial terms required 对贸易及商务术语有良好的认识
3. Team player with good social competence and communication skills 善于团队工作，具有良好的社交及沟通技巧的

5. Willing to work in flexible hours and frequent travel 愿意经常性出差及采取弹性工时的
