理科本科以上学历，如电子或机械工程专业，或者其他相关专业。硕士优先考虑
Position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. A Master’s degree is desirable.
在相关领域至少5年工作经验
A minimum of 5 years experience in industry-related areas is required.
有工程项目管理经验
Experience managing engineering projects is required.
良好的口头和书面交流能力，优秀的组织能力
Position requires good oral and written communication skills and good organization skills. 
能积极主动地挖掘出创新的想法
Position requires a self starter that seeks out innovative ideas. 
能与上级主管、项目团队和其他相关人员进行流利的交流，并对正式的方案进行回顾
Position is responsible for frequent communications and formal project reviews with his/her senior management, program team and others as required. 
与上级主管交流和安排日程的能力，同时，保证计划被合适的、标准的执行 
Position requires ability to communicate needs and schedules to Sr Management, as well as ensure that plans are in place and standards are adhered to.
能和国外的同事进行有效的沟通
Requires ability to communicate effectively in English with colleagues outside of China

Job Descriptions:
和项目团队及企划团队商谈日程、风险、产品特征和材料使用等内容 
Negotiates schedule, risk, product features and resource trade-offs with project and program teams
进行技术调研，以确定工作程序或对产品的改善和革新
Performs technology research to identify process or product improvements and innovations
为产品制定必须条件、详细规格、进度表、风险分析和交易分析
Develops requirements, specifications, schedules, risk analysis, and tradeoff analysis for products
管理产品的软件研发
Manages the development of software for products
从规划开始，在完成、交付和维修阶段参与产品的研发
Participates in the development of products from project onset through completion, delivery and maintenance phases
与跨职能团队紧密合作
Works closely with cross functional teams
通过与客户联系，向专业社会团体介绍产品等方法促进销售额
Supports sales through customer contact, presentations about products for professional societies, etc.
