Responsibilities:
负责集团内部物流运营协调
有物流系统建立经验
熟悉生产过程物流
熟悉ERP系统
Lead and coordinate all activities regarding supply chain/logistics management, material planning, inventory, warehousing and so on
Formulate and implement supply chain strategies
Set up, manage and optimize supply chain procedures and systems; lead and drive supply chain control system
Spearhead all supply chain related issues between/with Production, Purchasing and warehouse teams
Responsible for structure planning of goods & raw materials flow and capacity planning of all resources such as semifinished products, tools and fixtures, etc.
Fomulate and execute supply chain planning based on production/demand planning
Responsible for management and implementation of an optimized ERP and logistics information system
Manage order processing/fulfillment from sales inquiry till delivery of products to customer
Enhance inventory control and optimize all inventory levels in production, raw material as well as turns
Improve production efficiency with equal or reduced resources
Handle customer feedback/complaints, increase customer satisfaction, on time delivery, reducing split orders and service as interface between customers and company
Perform other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:
At least 10 years experiences of supply chain/logistics management in manufacturing company, international background is a plus
Familiar with machining manufacturing & processes
Good knowledge of lean manufacturing
Good understanding of internal supply chain/logistics process for industrial goods
Process-oriented, good knowledge of order management tools
Familiar with ERP System & logistics information system
Project management experience
Logical thinking, strong leadership
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good team management skill
Able to work under high pressure
Stable and reliable
Good English skill (both Written and Oral)
