Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Performs independently under direction of the Human Resources Manager and Leader.
2.Assist the human resouce manager and leader to enforce the HR policies and procedures and constantly review and revise in accordance with the company strategy and legal requirements
3.Work closely with department manager as HR Coach for all HR support activities
4.Conduct recruiting activities according to planning and make sure the recruitment process are fully implemented and followed
5.Conduct the training programm according to the training plan
6.Conduct the staffing procedures ,including the labor contract management ,SPF management , Hukou and Party
7.Other assignment by HR supervisor

Requiremetns:

1.Bachelor degree in human resouce management , legal ,phychology

2.At least two years working experience as HR

3.At least familiar with one fuction of the HR

4 Have knowledge about China relvant laws and regulations
5.Good command of English, can do daily communication with Foreign staffs.

6.Good command of compurter, MS Office proficiency required.
