2) 5 years of related experience
3) Technical experience in the following areas:
a) Precision mechanical part design
b) Machined part design
c) Sheet metal part design
d) Tooling design
e) Knowledge of vibration systems
f) PRO – E skill set
g) Basic knowledge of optics
h) Solid Designer CAD or equivalent


Job description：
A senior level mechanical design engineer reporting to the Engineering Director
The successful engineer will be challenged in developing highly competitive new products working with the latest materials and technologies.

Responsibilities:

1.Design and develop precision mechanical parts and packaging for new product
2. Responsible for all mechanical designs, drawings, and revision control from prototyping to final product.
3.Maintain “best in class” documentation including mechanical BOM and part number information control.
4.Participate in design reviews.
5.Must be self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
6.Must be able to perform in a distributed, diverse cross-functional team environment.
7.Must have good engineering judgment and work independently making sound mechanical engineering decisions.
8.Participate in product development teams as the primary mechanical design resource.
9.Provide technical leadership in the design of mechanical assemblies, molded parts, machined parts and tooling.
10. Lead product development teams for products that have a high mechanical design content.

12.Act as a point of contact with Production on the transfer of new mechanical designs to manufacturing.
13. Design and develop products while keeping cost, reliability and quality in mind.
14.Participate in weekly and bi-weekly status reporting to functional and project management.
