1.Bachelor and above.

Work experience:
1.Over 3 years quality management system audit and quality control working experience.

Special know how:
1.TS16949 internal auditor, have sufficient audit skills and experience.
2.Be familiar with FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP and PPAP.
3.Good communication and training skills.
4.Good planning and coordination.
5.Good computer, internet and software ability, such as microsoft, word, excel, powerpoint.

Language skills:
1.Good English.

Main Tasks:

1.Edit business plan to subordinate, develop and train them.
2.Monitor effective running of document control system.
3.Monitor effective running of calibration and MSA.
4.Be responsible for system audit and process audit.
5.Monitor effectiveness of product audit and personnel audit.
6.Monitor implementation of quality cost and corrective actions.
7.Monitor timeliness and effectiveness of quality index.
8.Monitor effective release of equipment, fixture and tool.
9.Be responsible for preparation and organization of customer audit and third-party audit.
10.Be responsible for continual improvement to quality management system.
