1. Review new product QFD/DFMEA with China design team and US. Quality team;

2. Stage review the product structure design and prototype with design team;

3. Create and publish the quality review report to the design team and maintain into the VSR system ;

4. Involve into discuss for new product test plan with design team & engineering team;

5. Follow up the home user trial feedback report corrective action with design team;

6. Involve into the plastic injection tooling DFM review with design/engineering/tooling supplier;

7. Define the product & process special characteristic;

8. To define the critical component supplier and implement the audit ;

9. To review the 2D drawing CTQ dimensions and select critical ones for IQC inspection control;

10. To define the key fit function areas for stack up analyses .

11. To review the tooling part full dimension report and approve the tooling part;

12. To work with NPI team to review the manufacturing process control plane /PFMEA/flow chart

13. To define the ORT plan for product and for critical component;

14. Support NPI to make the final product inspection working instruction.

15. To abuse test the new product from EB stage and collect the opportunity for improvement

16. To indentify the risk of the product design and process design and supplier resource quality.

17. Work with NPI & Engineering team until new product released to MP.

18. Communicate to internal and external customers with technical professional communities

Skills / Requirements:

· University degree or above in engineering of electrical or mechanical or similar

· Proficient in design & knowledge of machinery Experience in various aspects of engineering or manufacturing

· Minimum 5 years working experience in engineering area, Vacuum cleaner/Steam Mop design is required

· Good analytical skills;

· Strong problem-shooting skills;

· High sense of responsibility

· A good team player

· Working independently

· Have basic QC tools awareness

· Be very sensitive for risk management and raise solve suggestion solution.

· Skills in English communication
