Responsibilities:

· Develop,map out the China engineering process to align with engineering continuous growing.

· Set up,manage and develop process department

· Middle to heavy weight experience in working with a document control PDM system within an engineering/technical environment

· A working knowledge of the Aras PDM system a definite advantage

· Excellent knowledge of working within an ODM/OEM supply environment

· Ability to define, communicate, and implement clear deliverables to suppliers, both internal and external to EuroPro

· Drive and tenacity in problem solving

· Clear communication in both Mandarin and English, written and oral with both suppliers and US sites.

Minimum Qualifications:

· 8 years working experience in home appliance engineering , good process system and understanding from concept idea till tooling releasing

bachelor degree in engineering or administration

Education/Certifications/Affiliations

Have a minimum of a Bachelor diploma
