职位职责：
1.Recruitment common office staff, make and sent offer letter;
support to recruitment operators if it is urgent with many in a short time;
2.Arrange internal training schedule, and keep training record, deal with basic training contract.
3.Assitant to do some basic training such as 5s, EHS and enterning training;
4.Inform the probation、annual performance evaluation; review labor contract for office staff;
5.Accept the basic and daily consult from employee, maintain and improvement daily employeeship;
6.Trace and maintain suggestion channel;
7.Implement the welfare as the annual plan;
8.Make record and report for recruitment,training, employeeship and so on ; keep their file;
9,other tasks designed by leader;
