Major JD：

1. Raw materials planning and to provide long term and short term Forecast based on sales forecast.

根据销售预测制定原材料的中短期计划

2.Working with purchasing department to improve raw material delivery performance

与采购部门一起改善原材料交付情况

3. Issue weekly MPS and daily production plan and monitor the plan based on actual production status.

发布周生产计划和日生产计划并根据生产实际情况进行更新

4.Work with production supervisor to optimize capcacity through reducing product change frequency to shorten lead time and improve our productivity.

与生产主管一起通过减少产品换型缩短生产时间改善生产力从而达到产能的优化

5.Fully excute sales order confirmation process according to TS16949

严格根据TS16949要求执行订单确认程序

6. Ensure 100% on time delivery for all confirmed orders under allowed stock level while using most economical transportation way.

在允许的库存水平下采用最经济的运输方式确保所有确认订单100%准时交付

7.Work with relevant departements to reach a best banlance between production plan adustment and customer requirement if there are any urgent orders or abnormality .

与相关部门一起在处理紧急订单或异常情况时达到生产计划调整与客户需求满足之间最佳平衡

8. Follow up claims, variation orders, delivery, receipt and verification of material.

跟踪投诉、订单变动、交付、收货以及材料调节。

9. Other responsibilities that are deemed proper by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above

大专及以上学历;

2. Good command of both written and oral English.

良好的英语听说读写能力；

3. At least 2 years working experience in material planning within foreign components Manufacturer.

至少2年以上外企材料计划工作经验

3. Good computer skill and literate in the use of Microsoft OfficeProficient in Excel, experience in SAP is a must.

熟练电脑操作技巧尤其是Excel，必须有SAP操作经验

4. Good communication skill high team work spirit and good sense of responsibility.

良好沟通技巧及团队精神，责任心强.
