工作内容：

1. Carries on the structure analysis to each set of molds and makes the corresponding DFM report (including product structural design is whether reasonable)
对每一套模具进行结构分析并作出相应的DFM报告（包括产品结构设计是否合理）
2. Receives the mold structure drawing which the supplier provides and examines whether reasonable may process 接收供应商提供的模具结构图并检验是否合理可以加工
3. Have working experience in mold manufacturing,daily mould maintenance (clean parting line, grease guide pins, etc.) for moulds which are on the injection machine
有制作模具的工作经验，对模具的注射机 (清理的模缝线,润滑脂导针等) 进行日常模具维护
4. Support mould supplier to load/unload moulds when they are send to the company or send back to the supplier 当模具供应商的模具被发送到公司或寄回供应商的时候支持装载或者卸载
5. Responsible to check if the mould is completely assembled and undamaged when it is send to production or supplier and check the same items when it comes back
当模具发送给生产或供应商或者回厂时负责检查模具是完全组装和有无损伤
6. Basic mould repairs on the injection machine (if possible)
基本的对注射机的模具修理 (如果可能的话)
7. Makes the low cost high grade product plan
作出低成本高质量的产品方案
8. Other things are assigned by the GM and Dept.Manager.
总经理和部门经理交办的其他事宜


任职要求：
1、 Junior college or above 大专以上学历
2、 Being familiar with plastic-molding and tool，have working experience in mold manufacturing
熟练掌握塑胶模具技术，有模具制造工作经验
3、 Having project management experience 有项目管理工作经验
4、 Having experience about PPAP, APQP 有PPAP和APQP经验
5、 Good personality & communication skills良好的人机交往能力
6、 Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficiency in PC skills.
良好的英语听说读写等综合能力，熟练的计算机操作技能，
