岗位要求：

-本科以上学历，计算机应用、信息管理专业。
Bachelor's degree in computer science, commerce, information systems preferred
-至少5年生产型企业工作经验，包括4年专职ERP或MES系统的维护和管理经验（维护过Oracle EBS系统的优先）
Minimum 5 years working experience with multi-national (manufacturing preferred) companies and minimum 4 years of ERP / MES implementations and management experience（Oracle EBS experience first）
-熟悉ERP系统概念和整体流程，可以将维护过其他系统的经验和知识应用到新的系统上
-Familiarity with end-to-end integrated ERP systems, perhaps gained by working with more than one system, able to apply previous knowledge to new system
具备分析和掌握ERP系统后台数据库结构，各模块数据逻辑关系的能力
Understand the structure of a database, records, fields and indexes; understand linkages between modules
-熟练应用 ODBC, SQL Plus查询语言，使用SQL脚本编写视图和存储过程
Master ODBC, SQL Plus query language, can program view or storage procedure by SQL script
-熟练使用编程语言：VB （Excel VBA），ASP.net or Java script
Good skills in following programming languages: VB （Excel VBA），ASP.net or Java script
-熟悉至少一种智能报告产品的使用: Cognos，Crystal report
Master one of the following intelligence reporting systems: Cognos，Crystal report
-良好的英语沟通能力,英语6级
Good communication skills with English.CET-6 or other English certification preferred

职位描述：

提供ERP或MES应用系统某些模块的支持，包括日常问题处理，汇报问题给咨询公司，跟踪，反馈
Provide application level support of the Movex / MES system for some models, including daily trouble shooting, report issues to consultant, follow-up and feedback to users periodically.
-熟练掌握系统流程和关键设置，根据用户需求，研究配置新系统流程并发布
Mater system process and key setting, to investigate, configure, test and publish new function process according to user’s request.
-清楚的定义问题发生在技术层面还是业务应用操作层面
Able to understand and navigate through a system, able to differentiate between problems caused by technical platform or problems due to application or incorrect use of one or more areas
-能够协调各业务部门，解释系统流程的问题和互相之间的影响
Need to be able to discuss and resolve issues that impact to all departments at all levels, able to explain to users the impact of their actions upon others in the process chain
-关注业务部门的需求，积极主动的建立与用户的良好互动，发现问题并提出改善
Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
-使用Cognos，Excel VBA或其他工具，开发系统智能报告，并维护其稳定运行
Develop and maintain automatic system reports by Cognos, Excel VBA or other tools according to user’s request, and keep it deliver to users timely.
-定期培训新用户或更新培训， 使其了解流程，并正确操作系统
Train new user or refresh training periodically, to make them master standard process, and operate correctly.
