Job Description:
Participates actively in EH&S programs that apply to his job. Ensures compliance of standards and regulations.
Responsible for the development of new project that has relationship with quality aspects ( prepare the quality inspection plan, testing method, color range board and defect range board, give training to QC before pilot run / mass production)
Organize and communicate new products dimensional and functional tests results and analysis.
Provide evaluation report and analysis of new product and samples to Engineering.
Perform and analyze CPK reports and communicate results to Project Engineers.
Find ways to improve test methods and fixtures for quality control.
Train QC on new product quality standards and test methods when necessary.
Involve in customer complaint handling
Participate actively in contract review with customer in term of quality aspects.
Making a leadship to analysis the critical issues with relevant departments and taking effective actions to prevent.
Performs other functions as required by his/her supervisor.
