职位描述
Main missions:
- Ensures the payroll operations and personal administration on guaranteeing the respect of quality, legal and deadline standards
- Recruits people with the most adequate means to ensure the best suitability person and position
- Gives assistance and proposal to department managers about their team management
- Studies and proposes actions to develop the competences, the individual responsibility, flexibility in accordance with the group policies
- Contributes actively to actions plans and projects of Division HR
- Establishes and realizes the training plans in accordance with the objective of Division and the plant. Guarantees the efficiency of actions and training means
- Pilots the implementation of Employee Empowerment
- Manages the staffing review process and optimises the people career development according to the needs of the plant
- Guarantees the necessary exchange and dialogue environment about the relationship management with personnel representative, on holding the rigor and firmness attitude which must be that of HRM
- Improves the efficiency and guarantees the lowest cost of payroll operations and personal administration. Guarantees one evolution of the total wages and social charges in accordance with commitment made and
defined rules and limits
- Promotes and pilots the improvement actions of working conditions, health and safety
- Keeps one good environment within the plant, therefore favour the collaborators' implication
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Bachelor's degree with a specialisation in HR Management
- Minimumn 5 years experience in a HR function within a manufacturing environment
- A good knowledge of labor law
- Familiarity with at least 2~3 HR functions for example: recruiting/training/payroll/ER/employee development etc.
- Good communication and conflicts resolved skills
- Results orientation
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
