Requirement：

-Education: Bachelor degree or above of taxation/accounting or relevant.
-Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
-Experience: 8 years or above dedicate Tax manager (people manger) working experience, & MNC working experience is preferred.
-Functional Competency:
1.First-hand experience in managing compliance of various Corp Tax laws & regulations such as of CIT, Transfer price, and other taxes.
2.Experience of handling Tax audits
3.Business modeling
4.Advanced working experience & knowledge in tax accounting/ filing , Tax planning, PRC Transfer pricing study & documentation;
5.Good working knowledge of FAS109 & familiar with Tax concerned SOX requirement as well as US& PRC GAAP.

Primary Responsibilities:
1.Determine China Tax strategy & optimal Tax structure for competitive high Tax efficiency and being in line with AMD Corp Tax strategy & Tax compliance grand rules.
2.Manage Overall Tax Compliance across China for CIT, Transfer price & various applicable Indirect Taxes with proper process setting up/ updates.
3.Manage & Handle all PRC tax audits.
4.Supervise and develop all tax staff in China.
5.Manage trainings to the lead personnel in relevant function in China, as well as GAFS and at corporate for China tax subject matters
6.Manage well fulfillment of various Internal/ external tax concerned reports and analysis, which relevant to China entities.
7.Maintain strategic work relationship with relevant BIZ/ functional dept from Internal, as well as external Tax authority officials for professional support.
8.Other Tax concerned projects assigned.
