职位描述
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Liaison with different hiring managers in experienced Recruiting activities - screen resumes, interview and make recommendation for offer.
2. Campus relationship build up and campus hiring.
3. Database management (job portal, recruiting data, report)
4. Sourcing Channel management (website, labor agency, headhunter)
5. Internal recommendation management.
6. Hiring Project support (drive the project, tracking the progress to achieve hiring objective)
7. Staffing related policy & process review and update.
8. VE system/E-JD/JD maintenance.
9. Other recruiting work assigned by manager.
Job Qualifications
-Education: Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
-Language: Good oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
-Experience: 3-5+ years' HR recruiting expertise experience in operation field
1. Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
2. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing demands.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
4. Exposure to HR processes, such as interviewing and candidate evaluation.
5. Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
6. Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices, and trends and the ability to grasp new technologies.
7. A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
