Job Description：
1.To establish and maintain incoming inspection specification, inspection plan, train IQC ; 建立和维护进料检验报告，控制计划并培训IQC；
2.Conduct process checking, investigate and dispose rejects that find out at incoming inspection area, process assembly and test station, follow up Corrective Action Request system, and analyze CAR’s trend; 解决产线各个工位发生的问题，不良品的处理，相关措施的跟进；
3.Training supplier to make sure supplier understand and meet with Datacolor quality specifications; 供应商相关质量培训使其了解公司质量标准；
4.Verify and approval the FAI report from vendor for ECN, new process, new project, on-site witness FA build if it is necessary. 验证和批准供应商首件检验报告，如必要需到现场进行首件制程稽核；
5.Weekly Kaizen review and work with vendor for material quality continue improvement. 每周原材料问题的持续改善检讨；
6.Monitor supplier quarterly performance and follow-up improvement plan for major quality issues;供应商质量情况的监控以及主要问题的持续改善；
7.Implement annual supplier quality system audit or irregular supplier audit base on supplier material quality performance ;年度供应商质量稽核以及基于原材料问题的不定期的制程稽核；
8.Work with purchasing dept, to be responsible for developing new suppliers, auditing on-site quality system, new supplier's approval; 参与新供应商的先期稽核与批准；
9.To investigate and solve raw material quality issues feedback from customers.
处理来自于客户端原材料质量问题的投诉。

Competencies：
1.Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or equivalent educational backgroud;
本科主修电子、电气工程或者相似教育背景；
2.Sufficient work experiences (at least 3 years) in Supplier Quality Management field, it is must to familiar with PCBA technology, Optics industry& packaging is preferred;
至少三年供应商质量管理工作经验，需精通PCBA工艺，熟悉光学,包材工艺优先；
3.Knowledge of APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA, skilled to solve the problem using 8D method; 熟悉APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA，精通用8D方法来解决质量问题；
4.Strong experience of supplier quality audit;
丰富的供应商质量稽核经验；
5.Fluent in spoken and written English;
英语听说读写流利；
6.Strong communication ability at the different level.
沟通能力佳；
7.Open mind, flexible, independent and team oriented personality.
