Duties and Responsibilities

1. Improve test yield by test hardware/software improvement and product/die improvement.
2. To perform yield and data analysis on test data and able to draw conclusion from the analysis done.
3. Troubleshoot test hardware/software applications that are not performing to expectations, determine the root cause of the problem and implement/propose a permanent solution.
4. Evaluate new hardware/software to determine its suitability for use within the organization.
5. Support New Product Introduction, including but not limited to qualification and release of the test solution and product for Manufacturing.
6. Ensure New Product Introduction and production abnormal lots analysis and disposition to meet cycle time goal.
7. Ensure product quality and support PQA analysis.
8. Provide technical expertise to teams working on ways to improve a process or solve a problem.
9. Generate or update work procedures and specifications to reflect the current process.
10. Ensure work procedures conform to company, customers and international quality standards, including environmental quality standard and social responsibility requirement.
11. Lead or be a member of a project team to implement new methods, process/yield improvements, procedures, applications or concepts.
12. Ensure compliance to ISO/TS 16949, and EHS requirement.
13. Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years’ product or test engineering experience of semiconductor device such as power discrete (BJT, MOSFET, IGBT, Diode), multi-chip functional power module, analog switch, PWM, power conversion IC, etc.
2. Familiar with C/C++ language programming and UNIX system operation will be a plus.
3. Good English communication skills including verbal and written.
4. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different department and location.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, result/goal oriented and be willing to face pressure and challenge.
6. Bachelor degree or equivalent in EE, Micro-electronics, Automatic Control or relative specialty.
